Tiny Tummy Superfood Porridge Anzac Biscuits

Here we are using our delicious Superfood Porridge mix to make Anzac biscuits! It’s a simple but delicious recipe, that is mostly traditional but with the added goodness of hemp seeds, chia seeds and flaxseed from our mix! Save you from having to do multiple scoops! Definitely give this one a go and get some extra deliciousness by using the raspberry or strawberry flavours!!

 

Ingredients:
1/2c wholemeal flour
1/3c sugar
2/3c coconut
3/4c TT Superfood Porridge mix
50g butter
1 T golden syrup
1/2 t baking soda
2 T boiling water

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.
In a microwave proof jug or bowl add the butter and golden syrup and melt together.
In a small separate bowl combine the baking soda and boiling water, then add to the wet mixture. Mix together then add to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
Roll into 12 balls and press down with a fork.

Bake for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
