Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Tiny Tummy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our wholesome pikelet and porridge packets. However, if you find that your product doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.

Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request evidence such as photographs to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement product or a refund.

Refunds: We offer refunds for products returned in their original packaging and condition within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for purchases made directly through Tiny Tummy. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their respective returns and refunds policies.
